Winter Olympic Games
Alone again .... The bid for the 2010 winter games goes up in 7 days (on july 2nd, to be precise) and I'm excited because Vancouver is one of the contenting cities. There are only three left... Salzburg ... some place in Korea, and Vancouver. I think that having the Olympics in my home city would be fantastic. That being said... I'll be 26 at the time, which is rather hard to believe. The Olympics were held in Calgary when I was 5 (kindergarden), and I remember so much from them - many of my earliest memories were from the Calgary Olympics. So my fingers are crossed. Other than that - everything is super ordinary. I work tomorrow, and then I'm going downtown to cash a cheque and talk to some people about running vests. Clean my room, do some laundry, wash the floors. Meh. I had a big fight with Marcus tonight and I really regret it. It was almost premeditated too - I knew that I was mad at him even before he called. I think I just needed to vent, but I sure chose the wrong forum. We made up. I apologized. Adam called as well today, which was really nice, and we caught up on all of the gossip, even though nothing is really going on in either of our lives. He's seeing a girl named Zee... seriously. She's asian, and I definitly think that Adam has found his type with the demure, innocent females from Asia. He loves them. Anyway, that's all the news. Nothing interesting today :)
